SYNERGY METHOD ADULTS PROGRAM
Our program is tailored for new and advanced members, with a core curriculum that builds upon your understanding of core positions, techniques, and jiu-jitsu concepts. You will have the opportunity to learn at your own pace in a positive and supportive environment.
CLASS STRUCTURE
The Adults program offers classes five days a week, with levels ranging from Basic, Fundamental, and Competition. Each class format, curriculum, and structure are meticulously designed to create the best learning environment for all students.

Our Basics program forms the essential foundation of our academy, systematically introducing and deconstructing core positions, techniques, and fundamental jiu-jitsu concepts. This curriculum simplifies the martial art, providing new students with a solid groundwork for their jiu-jitsu journey. Join our class to experience a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, fostering a positive and enriching learning experience for practitioners of all levels.

The Fundamentals program, our most popular program, caters to students of all ranks and skill levels, providing immense benefits. Building upon the Basics program, it offers a comprehensive and detailed exploration of core positions, techniques, and jiu-jitsu concepts. By including specific situational training, this program fosters the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enhancing the overall learning experience.

Our Competition program is specifically designed to challenge students, pushing them beyond their comfort zones and preparing them for competitive events. With a focus on points and submission-based sparring, this high-intensity program hones skills, develop a resilient mindset and cultivates a winning mentality. Our experienced coaches provide tailored guidance and personalised feedback to help students achieve their goals and ambitions in competition.
RANKING SYSTEM:
Our Adults Program implements a ranking system to recognise your progress and accomplishments. Promotions in the adult program are based on the coaches' evaluation of your level during bi-annual grading.
Stripe and belt promotions are determined by the following criteria:
Increasing level of technical knowledge and practical skill
Understanding of the physiology of jiu-jitsu and non-technical concepts
Ability to adapt positions and techniques to your own style, forming a strategic approach
Minimum attendance of 8 classes per month
Growth in situational rolling and sparring
