  • Grant's story is one of resilience and transformation. Once a promising professional soccer player, his career came to a sudden halt due to a devastating injury at a young age. He failed to honour and respect his body through rest and recovery. However, this setback became the catalyst for his journey into the world of jiu-jitsu.

    Through jiu-jitsu, Grant experienced a profound awakening. It gave him a holistic perspective on health, fitness, and performance. With dedicated practice, he found stillness in his mind and cultivated strength and discipline in his body. This balance allowed him to excel in competitive sports while prioritising his well-being.

    Today, Grant shares his knowledge and inspires others to be their best and live their lives to the fullest.

  • With a deep understanding of challenges such as low self-worth, self-esteem, and poor body image, Jennifer has embarked on a transformative recovery journey. Over the years, she has turned her pain into hope and developed a strong passion for the fitness industry.

    And it all began with Jiu-jitsu. It shifted her perception of her body, moving away from focusing on appearance and appreciating its capabilities and potential.

    Being a part of Synergy Method is a source of great joy for Jennifer. She cherishes the opportunity to be surrounded by like-minded women who uplift and support each other, breaking free from the outdated cycle of short-term body challenges and transformations.

    Jennifer firmly believes that exercise is not just about physical appearance but about improving mental health, boosting energy levels, enhancing mood, reducing stress, and promoting better sleep. It's a holistic approach to well-being, not solely about the numbers on the scale.
